So many people I encounter on a daily basis describe feeling burnt out, stressed and anxious as they try to juggle the increasing number of responsibilities that come with our fast-paced, modern-day living. When we experience such unrelenting levels of stress, we become depleted of energy, can lack focus and often end up with feelings of anxiety and uncertainty about our future goals in life.
Having spent more than 20 years working in an international corporate environment and latterly at European Director-level in a large multi-national, I have witnessed first-hand what happens when we become misaligned with our goals and lose our sense of purpose.
My philosophy behind Integrated Wellbeing coaching is to work with you to develop a personalised plan that you can integrate into your daily life in order to bring about the positive changes you wish to make. As a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist, I combine a passion for mentoring and coaching with a strongly-held belief that we all have the ability to take control of our future.
As a former fitness coach and now a yoga and mindfulness teacher, I understand the huge importance of incorporating some form of exercise into our daily activities. We will spend time understanding your particular goals and ask, what does your body need to achieve and maintain that all important feeling of wellbeing.
The final piece to the Integrated Wellbeing approach is all about what we eat. Hippocrates, father of medicine, 431 B.C. said it best: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. You won’t find me extolling the virtues of any fad diet, but I passionately believe that our relationship with food and what we put into our bodies can fundamentally change the way we function in our daily lives, determine our energy levels, quality of sleep and general demeanour. As a long-term student of healthy eating, I will guide and advise you on how to maintain a balanced and nutritious way of eating that will support you in your quest to maximise your full potential and that you will want to integrate into your wellbeing plan.
So what are the benefits of wellbeing coaching?
Setting achievable goals: Wellbeing coaching will benefit you by helping to set goals you really want to achieve. Working together, you will learn to distinguish between what you could do, should do, and really want to do. When you are working on something you really want, you are more likely to take the right kind of action to achieve it.
Bringing about positive change: Einstein is purported to have said: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.
I know from my own experience that if you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always got, and to get where you really want to go you need to do something different. Wellbeing coaching will assist you to shine a light on limiting self-beliefs and behaviours that are holding you back and will give you the tools and strategies you need to support you in making those changes. Wellbeing coaching support will ensure you are 100% committed to your plan and will assist you in dealing with any obstacles that come up along the way.

I’m excited about sharing with you many of the powerful tools I have used on my own journey to bring about life-changing transformations, such as mindfulness, visualisation and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), along with many beautiful meditations, affirmations and relaxation techniques. I will be supporting you every step of the way with our one-to-one weekly email check-in too.

ONE YEAR MONTHLY FOLLOW-UP COACHING
Many clients like to check in monthly following their 12-week intensive coaching course. This is your opportunity to discuss any aspect of your wellbeing journey with me on a monthly basis via Skype. The cost of the 12-month follow-up coaching is £720 and includes 12 one-hour Skype sessions.

Coaching consultations are held in consulting rooms in Exeter, and via Skype where appropriate. Face to face consultations are typically £70 per hour. Consultations via Skype are £60 per hour. Details of locations and availability will be provided after your free telephone consultation.
