Our retreats are based in the historic town of Topsham, on the Exe estuary in sunny East Devon, within easy reach of the M5 motorway, mainline national rail services in Exeter and Exeter international airport.
As with the Integrated Wellbeing individual coaching, our retreats are tailored specifically for you, to address your issues in order to bring about the positive changes you wish to make.
Whether you’re a small group of friends looking to kick-start a healthier nutrition and fitness regime, or an individual feeling burnt out and overwhelmed by the increasing number of responsibilities in your life and in need of hitting the reset button, we will prepare a bespoke programme for an intensive wellbeing retreat here in Devon. You will be provided with tools and techniques to effect ongoing lifestyle changes, along with follow-up consultations via Skype or phone to help keep you on track.
Residential retreats run on week days and weekends, for 3, 5 and 7 day periods, to suit your individual needs and existing commitments.
A typical retreat programme may incorporate any or all of the following activities:-
- One on one daily coaching sessions (including counselling, hypnotherapy and nutrition coaching)
- Yoga – morning and evening classes
- Mindfulness and meditation workshops
- Cycling/running/walking on the Exe Estuary Trail
- Beach and clifftop walks
- Vegetarian/vegan cookery workshops
Our retreats can run on a full or part-catered basis (including any specific dietary requirements) depending on your personal preference.
Just 15 minutes from the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter, Topsham is a small historic waterside town with various cafes and restaurants, independent shops and galleries, and an abundance of period architecture.
